Check-in

4pm. If you could arrive earlier you can drop your bags and return at 4pm or ask me if it's going to be available earlier.

Check-out

12pm (midday). There's no post stay luggage storage in the building but if you are travelling via london you can try www.stasher.com and spend the day in London. The cleaner will deal with the bathroom rubbish but if you have food waste that may become smelly, please take it to the bin-store.

Bin-Store

The bin store is in the basement (which is also the car park). There are two bin-stores. One at the front of the car park to the left of the roller shutter doors and one hidden away at the back of the car park. The one at the back is better for mixed rubbish. There are a set of green double doors and inside the store are a couple of large containers. To get to the basement use the lift next to the flat. Turn right out of the flat through the doors and the lift is just a few feet away, Enter the lift, Press B. Exit the lift, exit into the car park. The bin store is on the same wall as the door into the car park.

Locking the door.

Whether locking the door with the key from outside of by turning the deadbolt inside, you need to turn the door handle fully upward (at the same time).

Heating

For the heating to be on the following need to be true.

1. The heating has to be timed to be on, it's not on 24/7

2. The thermostat needs to be at 20C and the room colder that that. The stat is in the hall outside of the Master bedroom.

You can override the heating using buttons on the controller.

Hot Water

There are two ways of getting hot water

1. Via the boiler (timed like the heating), that can be extended like the heating.

2. Via the electric immersion (The switch is labelled Water Heater and its in the big cupboard on the right as you face the front door)

If 4 people have long showers all the hot water will be used and it will take maybe 30 mins using the Water Heater to reheat the stored water. Please dont leave the Water Heater on 24/7.
